Past Present Future Exhibition

Exhibitions have been one of the ways to share the work of the Sharing Cowlairs project publicly. Possilpark Library has a small archive of photos and books about the history of Possilpark and Springburn, however there is very little information about Cowlairs itself. In response, we created a ‘Cowlairs Past, Present, Future’ exhibition in 2023. The exhibition featured much of the material that you see on this website, through images, words, objects and a sound piece featuring voices of local adults and children. There was also a live tree. People were encouraged to ‘make a wish’ for Cowlairs and place it on the tree.
